What data this site gathers, how it's used, and what it doesn't do. Effective date: September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The rate tool asks for your gender, birthday, self-rated health, tobacco use, benefit amount, and policy length. Those details go to the carriers' rate engine to calculate prices but aren't kept here. We never ask for your name, location, phone, or email just to see quotes. Identical requests hit a temporary cache so we don't bug the carriers repeatedly.

Applying

If you proceed to apply, your answers fill a secure form on the carriers' platform, and their privacy terms take over. Your application is managed by Susman Insurance Agency, licensed in California under License 0B75129.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, preferred reply method, topic, and message. It's emailed directly to the agency; your email is the return address. This site saves no record of messages, no database, no logs. A brief security check runs in your browser before you send.

Measurement

The site measures visits without cookies or trackers, straight from this domain. No cookies or local IDs, your IP is partially hidden before storage, referrer info is stripped, and logs vanish after 90 days. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control request, we don't count you.

What we do not do

We don't trade or share your data, don't use ad trackers, and don't run third-party analytics. The only outside code is the carriers' application system, which runs only on the apply page if you visit it.
